Pro: The Smokey Saigon Drop is really good! I love that they have many cocktails options. The restaurant has nice, clean, with cool design. Good atmosphere. Con: we ordered Bun rieu and Sweet and Sour Pork. The food is okay; I’m not very impressed with either dish… our guy server is nice but not very attentive. Hard to get his attention sometimes.

The pho stands out for its flavorful broth. I thought the other dishes were just okay and the prices are higher than you find in the Lincoln District.

The food here is very good. I recommend shake steak- soft, seasoned just right and the size of the portion is fulfilling. Pho soup is not bad at all although I tried better versions of pho, this is a solid 8 out of 10. Staff is polite and professional and atmosphere is clean and cozy. I will definitely come back.

UPDATED REVIEW: We’ve now been here quite a few times since my original review and it is now our go to spot! Food is always delicious with generous portions! Service has been good too! I wish they had boba but the Thai tea is delicious!! Came here with family. Overall the food was good. Prices were okay. Felt like the waiter was annoyed when we would ask him for something but we were only asking because he forgot it in the first place. Their health rating on the door was "okay".

First time here and we happened upon this place. The food here is amazing, prices and portions are fair and they did a great job with the atmosphere. They actually had a good selection of wine which is rare for an Asian restaurant. The only small problem was service. There was a slight language barrier and staff wasn't as prompt with drink refills as we wanted but it was a busy Saturday night. I think staff could be a little bit friendlier as well. We will still definitely be back!

My favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the Tacoma area! I live in Seattle surrounded by plenty of Vietnamese food. I can confidently say the food from this restaurant is just as good and authentic, if not better than some of the places I’ve been to! I’ve been here probably 20+ times. I’ve tried different dishes on the menu but my top 3 choices are their pho, bun bo hue, and mi xao gion (crispy noodle). They also have some Thai dishes like curry, pad kee mao, and crispy garlic chicken. All were tasty! The service is friendly and attentive! Every friends I brought here have said all great things about their food and service. Overall, highly recommended!
